Volusion updated their platform November 13th, 2013 and it was a train wreck. We lost over $7,000 in sales in just 5 days.

Problems are widespread and include failure to properly integrate with Google Chrome and shut off Autocomplete on passwords, the inability to submit articles with their new Easy Editor and customers can't see their orders.

Problems here are widespread and they are failing to acknowledge the issues.

This is one of the worst run company's I have ever subcontracted services to and we will definitely be leaving once we can get our platform migrated.

Why they would do such an update prior to Black Friday and the most important sales period of the year is unconscionable.
