Ive had volusion for a month and a week. They have all theses outlets with instructions on how to set up your webstore. Here is the problem if they updated the dashboard, they sure in the *** did not update there help center questions and answer. For example contact volusion for help i volusion 2 dashboard. The phone recording as for your store ID # located in upper top right side of your dashboard. Opps there is no ID #. Therefore you can't get a tech for help because the phone call will disconnect you when you dont enter an id #. WTF..go to help desk, type your problem they will give you information in details to fix problem...but here is the problem that info is not updated to follow new dashboard. Next I do online chat and I get the dumbest response that I have never thought of. Im paying for this webstore but im told the dns not connected to my store therefore i cant download sitemap. This is a bunch of bull crap. you got my payment but Im not live.....
Im Sick and Tired of the non verbal communication world. Fix my problem and speak to me dont give me artifical intelligence....my money aint artificial when I paid for the service.
Im posting on my facebook, instagram, linkedin, twitter, pininterest, youtube, etc don't be bother such a bunch of bull crap...horrible, horrible, and i mean horrible customer service. once agin kiss your but to get paid and in 30 days you dont get quality service....
