Volusion - Bait and switch they only want $$$$

I had a free trial and I asked that it be put on hold because they could not set up my site. They started charging me 132 monthly without permission. They would not take all the charges away and did not comply with several requests to bump it to a higher level. They made no effort to resolve the issue

Volusion - Misinformed

They told me a price of 15usd a month and I found out it was $199. Then when they fixed it.. 15 increase to 29usd a month because they said their prices increased. On top of that no support or direction and to cancel you have to wait till someone calls you. Terrible, don’t waste your money.
