Volusion - This company is a scam!! Stay away

I’d multiple calls a day requesting for my credit card info. Upon giving it to them, they charged me immediately and gave me a vague service. I requested to cancel which took a couple of days. Ever since I’ve been asking for a refund and now no one even responds to my emails. I’m so disgusted and disappointed.

I am contacting them concerning my credit card payment and I have asked them repeatedly not to run the payment again because the credit card has been canceled due to the fact that some one took money off my debt card and my bank is replacing the card so please don't run the payment card again
