Volusion - Horrible Experience

I found Volusion on an ad and called to learn more. The first thing I told the sales agent was that I am a single individual with a single product that I am looking to make VERY affordable, so I could not spend a lot. He then proceeds to sell me on the most expensive plan. It was so rude, I would never consider using the company after. I just want to warn people so no one else has the experience I did.

Volusion in Austin, Texas - RIP OFF CON MERCHANTS

Been a customer of volusion for about 7 years now. Was paying about £125 a month, which we always thought was fair and we overlooked the glitches and page crashes which would happen each week. Since september they have increased their prices without informing us or asking us for our consent. We are now been charged £500 a month, yes nearly 4 times the price we where originally set up on ! the customer service is awful, very hard to get through to anyone, the staff come up with *** answers. To some up for £500 a month the website and service should be both faultless and seamless to compete with the big boys. As with many volusion customers we will be moving ship to a company that can justify its price tag.

Volusion in Austin, Texas - This company is a scam!! Stay away

I’d multiple calls a day requesting for my credit card info. Upon giving it to them, they charged me immediately and gave me a vague service. I requested to cancel which took a couple of days. Ever since I’ve been asking for a refund and now no one even responds to my emails. I’m so disgusted and disappointed.
